Resetting your password

If you have forgotten - or simply don't know - your password, you can reset it here or by pressing the "Forgotten password"-button on the login-screen on Emplate Shop and following the instructions.

Here's how to do it on app and web:

Step by step

1. Reset your password here or press the "Forgotten password"-button on the login screen.
2. Input the e-mail that is associated with your user. If you're unsure what email to use, reach our to your mall management or use the adress on which you've most recently received communications from Emplate.
3. You'll receive an email with the option to set a new password
4. Log in with your new login-credentials.
